For shipments outside the continental US, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Tariffs, taxes, and/or any additional charges required to import the goods into the destination country are beyond our control and thus will be the customer's responsibility.
95% of orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day if ordered by 12 pm ET Monday through Friday, otherwise, they ship on the next business day. Personalized items will take an additional 2-5 business days to ship.
Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Ourfree shippingoption is done via USPS First Class Mail and only covers the continental US. Average shipping times are 3-5 business days for domestic US orders; international shipping times will vary and will be indicated during checkout. (Please note, delays are typically seen from Thanksgiving to New Years. Please order early to allow additional time for shipping.)
Ourexpedited shippingoption is done via USPS Priority Mail. Average shipping times are 1-3 business days.

Free Shipping does not apply to oversized items that have a delivery surcharge.
Orders are available to ship for free within the United States.
Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Delivery to military addresses may take up to 24 days.
Items that are bulky or very large may have a delivery surcharge. If applicable this surcharge is shown on the product detail page and will be applied at checkout.
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska MUST ship Second Day Air: Two Business Days and DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping on orders.
Tracking your order:
The tracking number will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout when the order leaves our warehouse. Simply click on the link provided in the email to track your package.
In the unlikely event that a product you have selected is unavailable to ship at the time of purchase that item will be canceled from your order and you will not be charged for it. You will need to re-order this item when it is back in stock.
If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email.
